Open peripherals - simple Sensor door

hey guys

ive tried 3 hours now to get a simple program that uses the Sensor from Openperipherals to open 2 usual iron doors.
the sensor should only react on me and should open the door if im in close proximity.
google and youtube didnt help much because i know nothin about programming. looking up the API's made me even more confused.
