Mob farm with turtles and applied energistics

I need help making an attack turtle that uses redstone signal to turn it on and no redstone to turn it off Please help i want to set a system up

I do not have any code at this time since i tried but failed i found a code on a forum post but decided not do do it since it did not look like it worked
