[MC1.6.4][CC1.63] Shell doesn't like bios/help

Starting from a newly built computer, typing 
cd /bios/help
renders almost all shell commands (e.g. "ls", "cd") unusable until reboot.

You probably mean /rom/help. This isn't a bug. Check out my Computer Basics I tutorial to find out why that happens.
