What do you mean by "track an item"? Items don't generally move on their own, so I'm not sure what you mean.

Sorry that u didn't make that clear,
So such as if I track say my diamond chest piece, that has enchantments om it, and I go into pvp and lose, could I track that chest piece down to where it was either last worn/held by that player
Its mostly I would track an item that is kinda expensive and let someone kill me, losing all my stuff, but so I can track it back and kill them
If that make anymkre sense?

I'm guessing he is wanting to use the sensor block from OpenCCSensor mod to track his lost items after he is killed. This doesn't seem possible (haven't messed with this mod yet)
As far as i seen in the wiki, you can use the sensor to track players or other enities within the range of the sensor. Max of 15x15x15 it says on the wiki.
There is no real way to track the player down unless you use the "Tracker" from WR-CBE Addons mod. with this you can track the player down (if they are online) and then kill them or find their base to steal your items back.
If this doesn't answer your question, then please state it a bit more clearly for us.

If memory serves, the WR-CBE tracker only works if you place it on the entity you want to track then you use a sniffer or map to track it. Unless he places the tracker before he dies (and loses his equipment) that wouldn't be a viable option.

Thats what i was saying. I just didnt put that he had to place the tracker before he died, but im sure he understood that at least.

As far as I know, there is nothing that will let you do that.
