I've been told that CC comes with a pastebin-getting program installed but I can't find/use it…I'm using the tekkit pack, is that the problem?

As far as I know, this is only on servers that enable it, and it would be included under programs most likely. If you play SSP, or play on servers with http enabled, then you can just get ccget off the forums here and put copy it manually into your computer, and then use that. Otherwise, you are stuck using something like this.

Tekkit's recommended build doesn't have the pastebin file
