[Can you do it for me ? - question ] is a wireless monitor possible ?

hello everyone !

i posted here a while ago (about some casino machine stuff) but now i have another problems. i have worked on a city (on tekkit) with a friend for a while , but he had an accident and need some surgery , wich will take him at least two week. he was the one who did the lua stuff with computercraft , and now I have a problem to finish the metro line of the city. the thing is kinda hard to do , since the computer need to be hiden (or better = in the main room of the station) but i don't know a shit about lua.


i just know something , there should be a command giving me the choice of the text on the monitor (like "monitor texthere")

a wireless monitor , a monitor that work with a computer , but don't directly connected to it , is that possible ? and if it is , can you make me a program that let me change the text just by writing , for instance "changetext *textegoeshere*".

You need a computer next to the monitor, they don't work by themself. You could have the computer next to the monitor with a program that receives rednet messages to change the text, and then a main computer that sends the messages.

On an unrelated topic, do you mind if I helped you any? I'm reasonably good with the technical stuff… if you need any type of work i've done I can send some. I am asking as I get quite bored on tekkit …
