I am running a yogscast server and currently have a decent setup with minefactory blocks and plan to expand to MFFS. The problem I have is I would like to have a main computer to control all this. My goal is a computer that I can turn off and on planters, doors, or force fields from a central computer. My server is not very populated so I would like to go with the more risky wireless options if possible.
Can someone let me know if I am barking up the right tree or off the reservation completely.

Ugh, how am I supposed to read that?
Anyway, I haven't looked into MFFS or MFR to see if they have a CC API, however I believe you can control them with redstone signals. If so, you could do what you want with already existing programs. I believe Dog made a pretty good redstone control program.

Thank you for the kind words, KingofGamesYami :)/>
I'm not sure about MFR (I know some of the machines use redstone), but MFFS is designed to be controlled via redstone; and, indeed, WiRe would probably be a good choice for this.
pamiller3, take a look at
this thread and see if that suits your purposes.

I have tested your code and you are brilliant! MFR uses redstone and so this worked perfectly. I just need to get it going and soon I will be adding Big Reactor and ICBM controls as well.
Thanks again!
