Program that Changes the time from night to day in minecraft?

Hi, I am a complete noob with this, I only know the very basic stuff and have just learnt how to use monitors. I have started creating this thing in my world where its like an OS, and you can run specific programs on the monitor e.g. a checklist. I was wondering if there is a program that I can make or if there is an existing one where I can change the time in-game from night to day. Kind of like /time set day but on a computer.

You can use command blocks as peripherals to do this.
