[Lua] Instant chat

as stated in my previous threads i am a noob when it comes to computercraft and i definately need to learn lua so please take it easy on me lol,

My question is, is there a way to write an instant message program that is as instant as CC will let it? or is there already a "instant messanger" out there that i may use for CC?
