[LUA] Need a programer!

I want to hire a programmer to code a Login System or HWID lock with an online database.
So I can manage my tool sales easier… I managed to make the tool but I don't know if I'm able to make the login system in LUA or I need to integrate the tool in C++.
I'm willing to pay someone to do this!
