ok, so, ik how to make a website for free(web hosting) , but how can i use this to make cross server programs?

You want your website to effectively provide a html front end to a database which stores the cross server program data. CC will then use the HTML HTTP API to interigate the database by proxy of the website (I believe most people have used php for this kind of thing)
