First off, please name your topic something a bit more descriptive then 'Help'. I.E. 'Menu Not behaving'
(FYI, your main loop doesn't have a loop, I think you may know this though)
Also, what is the strange 'something' that happens?
Also, is there a reason that you are creating a local copy of selection on line 98?
That's all the strangeness that I can see.

You "key" variable on line 73 is localised, so it doesn't carry on to line 88.

2. it will be a loop, the beginning part was just setting up the game…should probs move it to init.
3. the strange 'something happens' is confidentiel. jk
4. i am resetting the variable, but yes, you are correct, i do not need the second local..

You need to stop removing the content of your questions after they are answered. Use a useful title and leave your question intact, as this allows for future users to find answers by searching, which can help cut down on the number of questions that get asked and answered repeatedly.
