HI how would I ho about converting the Dynet network to allow it to use BitNet Communication Towers

I don't know what Dynet is, but generally BitNet offers similar options to the modem api. If Dynet uses rednet, not modems directly, this'll involve a lot of work, potentially a rewrite.
