I built an Advanced Miner/Digger Turtle. I need a program to mine/dig out a 27x27x11 area underground. I've never used this mod before, so I have no clue what I'm doing.

ComputerCraft comes preinstalled with 'excavate', a program designed to dig straight down within a defined x by x size, all the way to bedrock.
Have you already started any programming? We generally don't write programs for people, we'd prefer to teach them how to do it.
Also, have you searched the programs sections? THere's tons of programs available there for you to use.
