Hey there! I was wondering if it is possible to detect Eu levels in your electric storage without cc sensors. If you know how, could you please tell me? Thanks!

You could use its builtin redstone output to detect the empty, partial, and full states. Other than that, probably not.

Maybe make a system using splitters.

At a given moment, you direct power to a batbox( or similar) and let it fill for a second or two.

then you stop, and begin outputting whats been gathered and using a timer you count how long it takes until the batbox is drained.

if all you want to do is detect EU there is a cable called eu detector i believe its an addon that will emit a red stone signal i use it for a day night detector

Its in the IC Core Mod actually, not an addon

Yet neither splitters nor EU detectors seem quite tick-accurate :P/>/>

Well a day/night detector doesn't need to be terribly accurate
And no they aren't that accurate

do tell more also i was wondering to spout of a little of this guys topic is it possible to read the value of a battery or MFSU eu levels as i have a massive science complex and one easy to read monitor is much better than running around all the time checking the wings

if you use ccSensors yes

and not much to tell more - they just need a little to react to changes and aren't instantaneous
