Access to ROM?

I know that ROM stands for Read-only memory, but I am wondering if there is code/exploit to make it write-able.
For people wondering: "What you even would do with this info?", This is the explanation. (Read COMPLETELY before juding)

Currently, I am creating a ComputerCraft Virus. It is supposed to only spread itself silently.
The reason that I am creating such evil things, that I will create an anti-virus program, what can defend against these.
Also, these viruses are 100% only in singleplayer usage.
