Problem installing Computercraft

Hi,

I have a problem installing computercraft on minecraft 1.8.6.
I installed forge without any problems.

Then i put computercraft 1.73 in the mods-folder

I edit the profile to make sure the forge version of minecraft is loaded

Press play

But the computercraft-mod is not loaded at all :-(. What am I doing wrong.

Your help is really appreciated.

There are no versions of ComputerCraft for Minecraft 1.8. You will need to use Minecraft 1.7.10 to use ComputerCraft 1.73.
