Is it possible to add Project Red bundled cables via a peripheral in the latest version of CC as im already using 4 sets of cables and 2 modems ,i used to use Extra Peripherals but sadly it hasnt been updated to CC1.73 so if anyone knows a way to do this i would be most gratefull

I'm pretty sure Project Red added CC integration (eg. you don't need a peripheral) in one of their 1.7 builds; I don't know which though.

Well you can connect a cable directly to the side of a computer no problem, my problem is that i have no sides left so i want to add the cables by peripheral wrapping from the existing network cable, Extra peripherals used to give a block that could connect a bundled cable and a wired modem which would have worked but sadly thats not an option so i just wanted to know if anyone knows another way

You could use rednet to send a message to another computer, which could set it's outputs. You will need to write a script for the other computer that can handle your messages though.

BTW, why are you using two modems? If one is a wired modem, you could move things around so the monitor is connected to that network, freeing up a side for additional bundled cables.

One wireless which handles connections to other computers, and a wired one that feeds my monitors :)/> its not a major problem as i still have some free colors i just wanted to keep relevant connections on the same bundled cables :)/>

my computers already communicate with rednet so i could add a 2nd computer, just would have been nicer(and easier) to add on another bundled cable

You could stick another computer onto the network cable, attach a wireless modem to that, then run the "repeat" script on it. The first computer could then ditch its wireless modem and have a side free.

yeah it seems a 2nd computer in my shunting yard is gonna be my only option, in total i already have 5 computers, and over 140 wireless channels so i was just hoping to keep things cleaner is all :)/>
