Heyho,

i would like to know how those rs.setBundledOutput works, cause wiki doesnt give any information: which cable do i have to put next to the computer to set a signal to active?

That depends on the version of MineCraft you're using.

Assuming you have everything as up to date as it can get, Project Red's bundled cables should do the job.
