ALL of the servers I try Ether have "Can't Resolve Host Name","Cannot Connect To Server",Or Say That I Don't Have The Version They Have. Dose Anyone know Why????

You can try asking in the specific form thread for each server. The problems you encounter depend on the specific server.
You can also search for modpacks with CC in them, as they will be premade, so you shouldn't have to worry about versions.
