Neeed a good program

Hello, so i saw the idea with peripherals++ computer craft and ae2 idea , where you say something in chat and will take it from The ae2 network , ive seen and try some models, but dont work for me ,and the programing needed to do this thing is just over me , so can somebody give me a good program and setup for that thing, if its possible of course ,thanks
