Sorry for late reply, I have deleted the OS and started from scratch. I learned a little bit more about coding so I am going to try again with the button functions.

just a tip for making the OS, you can make it mostly 1 file if you use functions.

We can't help you fix any particular bug if you can't give us your code, however based on what your trying to do I would recommend you look into Lyqyd's touchpoint api

Imred wasn't really asking for code, he was just pointing out that you could use Lyqyd's touchpoint api to make buttons.
Which I'm sure you'll still want to do.
