Store Global Programs

Hey all,

I don't know if this is a thing, but I am 97% sure I read about it a while ago. I have a program, and I want it to be on every single computer by default without having to put it there. This would help alot, but since reading it such a long time ago, I have since lost where to go to find out all informaiton and cannot find any resources on this
