are there any ways you can play sounds on your computers in computercraft if its on a server where you cant install anything on the server itself?

other than vanilla noteblocks there is no way for computers to emit sound

there are addon mods which provide this

You can also use command computers and the playsound command, assuming you have access to command computers.

how would you use noteblocks without adding a mod

Emitting a redstone signal causes a noteblock to sound.

but how would you change the pitch of the noteblock from the computer

Dan200 working on ComputerCraft2.0 wich supports sounds.

But it is a Program and not in Minecraft.

But you can use Peripheral-Mods, some of them include iron-noteblock or gold-noteblock.
They can play sounds.
