Hey! Im new to the forums but I know a little bit of ComputerCraft. If you have heard, Tekkit has a new modpack called Tekkit Legends. They do have ComputerCrafty installed but its way more complicated. They added a lot of stuff like RFID Writers/Cards, LAN Cables, Mag Cards, etc…So I had a few questions, any help is appreciated…

1. What is a LAN Cable?
2. What is a RFID Card?
3. What is a Mag-Stripe Card?

I'm not asking for all questions to be answered but if you do know anything about them that would be amazing! One more thing, I tried to download some of the pastebin programs and most of them don't work with the Tekkit Legends version of ComputerCraft, is it a constant problem, or a client problem?

Thanks! ~Foxy

All three items are from Immibis's Peripherals.

It's difficult to comment on the scripts you tried without knowing which ones you tested, how you tested them, and what happened when you tried. But it's quite possible they're not compatible with the latest version of ComputerCraft, 1.74, which I believe'll be the version you're using.

To explain the situation a bit better. ComputerCraft is basically the base mod, it's great on it's own, however many other mods (open peripheral, openCCsensors, immibis's peripherals, etc.) extend the functionality of CC to span many other uses. Of course, if you need help on any of those, here is still a good place to ask. Since just about anything related to getting CC and what you're trying to do with it working is what we're here for.

Ask away if you need any more help, feel free to ask.
