Redstone Output question.

I am looking to use a Computer to activate many things, I'm wondering if there is a way to have more than one output on the computer, with an interface to select which output; If this is possible, how would one do it.

The redstone API is what you're after here; it can control the outputs of a computer's six sides separately, and can be used with certain cables from other mods toggle redstone "colours".
