Does the Ender Modem use the Rednet API aswell as the Modem API just like normal Wireless modems? also can Ender Modems only go cross dimention or can they still send stuff in the same dimention like Wireless Modems?

Or do i have to send it to another dimention then back to the dimention it was sent from but to another computer to get the full bock range?

Ender modems act identically to wireless modems, so you can use either rednet or the modem API (or both). They can transmit to any dimension, including the one you are currently in. If in doubt, you can always pop into a creative world to test :P/>.
