In computercraft, if there is a disk in a drive connected to a computer, when the computer is turned on the 'startup' file on the disk will take precedence over the 'startup' file on the computer.
This feature is hardcoded into the ROM, so the only way to prevent it is to remove the lines in which it is defined or make the computer inaccessible to disk drives by surrounding it by blocks.
