Little paint?

I have a question about the new update, i've seen some videos of 3d stuff etc like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4E-4keyeVM and i want to know what API or Program it uses for the little paint pixels.

I have some ideas for a new game with rockets but i don't really have space for my parts to fit ;D That's why i need to know this :D/>

The code used for that particular video hasn't been released (it's something Yevano wrote for his own purposes), but FWIW here's the associated discussion thread.

BLittle is indeed likely the easiest way to draw that way yourself, though.
