Duplicator Farm Help

I have a coustom modpack i play with my friend. I use computercraft as one of the mods and orespawn is another one. How can i make a turtle automaticly mine blocks around the duplicator tree from orespawn,but will continue moving if nothing is in front of it?

I mean yeah you could, but it might be difficult if these duplicator tree's come in various shapes and sizes.
