Please post your whole code, not just a couple pictures of four lines of the code.

But going by what little you've shown, I'd say you likely don't have a complete network connection. Ensure the cable is connected to the computer without breaks, and use peripheral.getNames() in the Lua console to ensure the peripheral you want is detected.
