need help on data bace

what i need help with right now is that i am trying to set up a database.

This is what i mean


Computer 1 sends text to database
database records the data and then sends it to computer 2
computer 2 reads the message that computer 1 sends

and this loops forever

the parts that i will use is an advance computer and an ender modem

is this possible to make?
