[Ask A Pro] How To Go About This?

I am having issues with sensors, I have never used them before and I do not understand the API at all all I would like this code to do is if it detects a player except me it will broadcast a red-net message but I do not know how to approach this.

I have written a tutorial about using peripherals from other mods.

What have you tried? What peripheral are you using, and what mod is it from?
