NBS converter

Alright so I saw Xazz's video on him using NBS and CC to make music through noteblocks. Basically he used NBS and converted the schematic into something CC read. First off all, I would love to have that converter. Seccond of all, after it is converted I would need to know how to run it. Thanks in advance.

Hey. So I'm a noob. Can you give me a complete noob rundown of what I'm supposed to do with these codes? I have the midi file converted to schematic, but I dunno how to get that into the game.
