Location Everywhere and nowhere.

Is it possible to make a hover text?
What I mean is when I hover over a certain spot, it will display a text.
Is it possible?

ComputerCraft does not provide any events that you could use to detect mouse position aside from the locations provided in the mouse click, scroll and drag events.
