Can a Turtle use Flint & Steel or otherwise set a block on fire?

I saw a couple posts inferring that a turtle can use flint and steel but there were no details on how. Is this possible?

I need to place an infinite water source then place a block of sulfur in the pool and set it on fire to make another liquid.

I have figured our everything except how to set the block on fire.

Any suggestions?

Try a variation of turtle.place with Flint & Steel in the selected slot.

Thank you. I got it. You have to be one block above the block you are igniting and turtle.placeDown() the flint in my case.
