I have a program that's playing, but it will play indefinantly, how do I stop it?

Use Ctrl-T. If that doesn't work (some programs disable this), you can use Ctrl-R to reboot or Ctrl-S to shut down the computer.

Neither of those are working…I'm runnign Mystic's NB programs…. It just says "checking for messages.."
