Server reboot computer automatically starts program

Alright so here is the problem.
Once the server reboots all computer shutdown therefore I have to personally go start every program every time. I thought about making it start with a redstone pulse but the program to read the redstone would have to be open aswell. So I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem :S

This is a known issue which sometimes happens to a world. Creating a new world sometimes fixes it.

If you have ExtraUtilities you can use a mechanical user set to use item on block to start them up.
