You can't mod console versions and such and noone can be asked to mod pocket edition as its wierd, so you can't mod it.

I guess you *could* technically run mods on a console. Just jailbreak the PS4, run some linux distro with custom gpu drivers and run minecraft on there :P/>

Long story short, if you have to ask about it, then the short answer - no, you can't use ComputerCraft (or any Forge-based mods for that matter) on console - is true enough for you.
