Only by editing the ROM. You can do it for singleplayer, or if you have access to the server files.

You would have to edit your bios file within your Computercraft mod folder.

So there is no way to do it without editing rom?

Nope. You can use a floppy drive on top of the computer to force it to boot off of that specific floppy, but anyone can still get to it.
