Programs stopped running after crash

Hello all, I have a question that I hope is a simple answer.

I am playing FTB Infinity 1.7.10. I downloaded this Reactor Controller https://pastebin.com/p4zeq7Ma and installed it and it worked great. However, while adjusting fuel rod insertion I believe I tried to alter values too fast and the program crashed. I did not think to copy the error so I could post it. Now when I attempt to run the program, it simply moves to the next line and does not run. I am able to run the pastebin get command and succesfully install the program but cannot run it since the crash. I can install different controllers but they do not run either.

What line is that?

Possibly describing the next prompt appearing in the shell? That would indicate that the program runs, but ends more quickly than the user expects.

Yeah this is what I meant, I don't really know much about coding or the terminology.
