Unable to use programs.

Hello,
I'm having the following issue; I am playing a modded server and I'm unable to run programs that I downloaded from pastebin. When I try to download a pastebin program it says that it is a success, but once I try to run the program by the command I gave it, it just skips the line and does nothing.
How can I fix this issue?

Difficult to comment without knowing which scripts you're talking about.

But to take a shot-in-the-dark guess, you've downloaded something that isn't compatible with the specific version of ComputerCraft your server is running.

I just had in SkyFactory 2.5 MC1.7.10 the problem where pastbin get only produces empty files.
This doesn't raise error messages.
