Minecraft 1.7.10 Linking Computercraft with Project red to make a pseudo Power Level monitor

I'd like to use Computercraft with Project red to simulate a power level monitor. also with this idea I'd like to make it so that when the "power level" is at 100% it powers up the lights and doors, at the same time i'd like to use Computercraft to also make a password lock that activates when the power reaches 100%

How can I do this?
