How do you copy stuff over to a floppy disk

I am stuck trying to copy Opus os over to a floppy drive
If anyone knows could you help?

If you're in the Shell cp or mv should do what you want.

The floppy drive/disk should be automatically mounted in a directory on the hard drive named "/disk" - that's where you'll want to copy or move the files to.

Are you sure Opus OS will fit on a floppy?
