I am trying to make a screen saver and I have a .nfa file. I'm wondering if I can use it? Please help!

Have a look at the paintUtils API.
Edit: Is *.nfa an animation file? I don't know if paintUtils can do animations.
You may be able to find an animation playing API on the forums somewhere, Google does better at searching than the built insearch.

I believe NitrogenFingers' GameUtils is the suggested API for NFAs. I've never used the file format, so couldn't say for sure.You may be able to find an animation playing API on the forums somewhere, Google does better at searching than the built insearch.
