How do I install a turtle program locally?

I am trying to make my first mining turtle program. Having to upload to pastebin and delete/add the program every time I make a change to my code is a bit of a PIA. Is there a way to install the file itself locally in a single player save?

In a singleplayer game, all of the computers' folders are accessible in numbered folders (based on the ID of the computer) under the "computer" folder in the world save.
