how to play the chimes when the analog clock goes by each hour quarter and half

Hi all i trying to make my chimes work on my analog clock i folowed an old page refering to the clock it self and chimes the clock runs fine but it won't chime on the settings i want i only edited the console to be on top below the clock monitor is so i was wondering if anyone can help me the thread i refer to is this
