Minecraft Crashing

Hi. I have the java edition of minecraft and every time i try to boot up the game, the loading mark will get to almost done and then my game crashes. now, i have not got any resource packs nor any mods. but whenever i crash a little box will pop up saying veiw more details. and in it it says "Unable to launch minecraft: Flaming skull, try a low resolution pack." can some one tell me how to fix this?

I split this out of a thread in the Bugs section. It sounds like this can't possibly be a ComputerCraft bug, since you have no mods installed. It doesn't really fit in Ask a Pro either, (since you're not looking for help with ComputerCraft), but we'll see if anyone has some insight for you.
