How can i am make a menu

when i press down or up

" -> <- " must be go menut1 or menut2

Menu Text 1

-> Menu Text 2 <-

Menu Text 3

and when i pess enter

MT1 or MT2 or MT3 open

and when i pess left

open page 1

pess right

open page 3

I know key codes but how can i am make this Menu?
