Need a program

The program is to complex to code for me ( i tried many times).


So i need a program wich:
- supports SMP
- Its a text editor (something like notepad / can make text file, edit it)
- has a user login at startup ( optional)

If anyone can post me a code so i can manually input it on the server i would be in your debth

You can post it in "General" as a challenge. Because in ask a pro we find issues and problems, but we not code whole programs.
I am going to work on it (Challenge Accepted :P/>/>) but next time, post it in "General".
